What would happen to our relationships with our spouses, children, friends and bosses if we treated them with the same lack of care we treat ourselves?
Happiness, patience, peace of mind, self-love and the other states of being that we say we want to experience, are skills … skills that must be developed over time.
Whom do you trust? Whose hand do you squeeze when you are scared? Are you ever even allowed to be scared?
